- Top with 2 oz sparkling water
- Stir gently
- Garnish with a lemon slice

- Add 4 oz ginger beer
- Squeeze 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Add 1 oz fresh orange juice
- Drop in a few fresh mint leaves
- Stir lightly and garnish with an orange wedge
- Muddle 8 fresh mint leaves with 1 tsp sugar in a glass
- Add juice of 1 lime
- Fill the glass with ice
- Top with soda water
- Stir well and garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge
- Mix 4 oz cranberry juice with 2 oz pineapple juice
- Add 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Fill with ice and top with club soda
- Garnish with lime wheel and edible glitter
